Being a compression garment its obviously going to be a snug fit whilst still being extremely comfortable. I have quite a long body and arms and find the medium is a great fit, it fits down just over the hip so there is no riding up and the sleeves are the right length and fits comfortably right to my wrist.
The top incorporates medical grade graduated compression technology with a seamless knit of moisture wicking & quick drying material that aids circulation and a quicker recovery. I wear my top on my runs and have been testing this out over the winter period and have found the top to be super cosy without being too hot. Even in sub zero temperatures I have found the top to be enough on its own or with a t-shirt over the top for an added layer when it is super cold with wind chill.
I sweat a lot during exercise and this has always been an issue for me with other long sleeve tops especially over winter as once I get wet from sweat I get too cold to train as my body temperature drops dramatically, but with Supacore this is no longer an issue, the top seems to soak up the sweat and then still remain warm, and once I stop running the sweat dries up very quickly so then I don’t get cold.
The tops come in a range of colours; grey marle, black, pink and blue. I have the grey but quite keen to get the full range of colours. RRP $75 AUD from Supacore in Australia who ship worldwide or £50 from Live on the Edge in the UK. You can get a further 10% discount from either site using the code ‘lucja10’.
